Bite into this one Stephanie...the new http://www.Westjet.ca site, which accompanied by long telephone wait times for their reservation agents, is apologizing all over the place for the lack of service that isn't consistent with their brand. Hmmm, me thinks they are inadvertently re-branding themselves.
